[Update: US too] Youtube Premium subscribers in the UK can claim a free Stadia Premiere Edition bundle right now

Google is well known for offering free stuff to their users lately – just look at the Chromebook Perks page, for example, and you’ll see that they’re giving out 3 free months of Stadia Pro, Youtube Premium, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Disney+, and KineMaster, along with one year of Google One and Dropbox to name a few. The problem has been that Google’s sights have largely been set on their home base – the United States – leaving most of their loyal users in the UK and other countries out dry with many of these offers. Today, the Stadia team surprises UK fans who are Youtube Premium subscribers with a free Premiere Edition bundle!

Weighing in at £89.99, the bundle consists of a Chromecast Ultra and a white Stadia Pro controller, both of which are yours for free if you meet the above criteria. You will also need to have been a Youtube Premium subscriber since November 6, 2020, to qualify. Other conditions also apply and can be found below. One thing that’s missing from the Premiere Edition bundle is a Stadia Pro subscription as it seems Google is relying on you to claim a free trial of the service in order to get started – no doubt in an effort to bump their numbers up before their first birthday. If you live anywhere but the UK and try to claim the bundle, you will be met with a page that says “Sorry, you’re not eligible for this offer.”

Within an hour of claiming their bundle, new pro members who claim the bundle can take advantage of the 31 free games that come bundled with their subscription and can separately buy Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Destiny 2: Beyond Light, which both launched this morning.
