Chrome Unboxed was created in January 2015 when Robby decided it was time to start documenting his tech gadget addiction. Armed with an ever-changing array of new devices, a simple comment from a good friend was enough to convince Robby that it was time to start recording thoughts and impressions of all the tech he’d come into contact with.
This just so happened to coincide with the first real wave of Chromebooks, ushered in on the heels of the HP Chromebook 11, HP Chromebook 14 and Acer C720. A fascination with Chrome OS and a love for new, untouched tech began a journey that has led us here. It’s been a fun ride so far, but there are amazing new horizons just ahead, and we can’t wait to explore them with all of you.
