Square Enix, creators of the Final Fantasy series just dropped the price of a nice handful of their popular entries to the series. These games are known for their excellent stories, character development and progression based gameplay. We’ve included the Final Fantasy IX trailer below, which, yes, is from Nintendo’s Youtube channel, but we couldn’t find one for Android. Final Fantasy XI is our favorite entry that’s on sale this week! I remember beating this game on my original Playstation. Nowadays though, I won’t have to swap discs four times! I particularly recall the cinematic being very advanced at the time of its release.
If you’re looking for something to keep you busy for a very long time, this game will do that for you. I couldn’t exactly get into the original Final Fantasy games until later in my life, so if you’re anything like me and if you’re new to the series, Final Fantasy IX will be a good jumping off point into the series with its quirky, relatable characters, tight linear gameplay (even though it has an open map) and interesting and diverse locales.
