Doom 64 Lets Stadia Players Slay Demons for $4.99

May 22, 2020 By Michael Perrigo Leave a Comment

Bethesda celebrates Doom’s 25th anniversary by launching Doom 64 on Stadia. Released in 1997, the game takes you through 30 action packed levels in your quest to slay the Mother of Demons and prevent Hell’s invasion. Collect weapons and unlock secrets along the way.

The Doom franchise is fully embracing Stadia’s cloud gaming model as it released Doom Eternal earlier this year. For those who bought Eternal on or before April 3, 2020, Doom 64 came bundled in for free. For the rest of us, it’s luckily only $4.99 – the price of a cup of coffee, depending on where you live.

Now being the least expensive game on Stadia, it’s worth a play through, especially if you’ve never played a Doom game before.
