Watch Dogs 1 and 2 are now available on Stadia starting at just $10 for Pro subscribers

While most people will have already purchased or are considering the latest entry to the Watch Dogs series – Watch Dogs Legion, that doesn’t mean that the first two games aren’t worth playing. In fact, while the original had its charms, the second game allowed players to connect with the protagonist and the world around him more as it was a lot more upbeat and full of character than the dark and moody feel that Aiden Pierce gave off.

With the imminent launch of Ubisoft Plus on Google’s cloud gaming platform, Ubisoft is loading a bunch of their titles into the Stadia Store that will fall under their subscription umbrella when it finally becomes available. Now, you can buy Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2 on the Stadia store!

The original game costs $19.99 USD and its complete edition is $32.99 USD. Watch Dogs 2 is $49.99 with its ultimate edition coming in at $89.99. Where it gets interesting is that Stadia Pro subscribers can pick up the second game for just $9.99 until December 16, and its ultimate edition for just $17.99! Watch Dogs 2 is a newer game and was rated much higher, so it’s odd to see no discount for the original game. I guess Ubisoft and Google decided together that if they discount the more popular title upon launch it would increase sales. They may be right because I’ve already picked up Watch Dogs 2 for ten bucks -it’s a steal! Will you do the same or are you saving your money to pick up Watch Dogs Legion?
