One of the most practical AI time-savers in Google Workspace has been the “Help me create” feature in Google Forms. This Gemini-powered tool allows you to generate a full, multi-question form from just a simple text prompt or by referencing an existing Doc, Sheet, or PDF. The only catch? It’s been English-only.
That’s all changing now. In a big move for global accessibility, Google has announced that “Help me create” in Forms is now available in seven additional languages.
AI form generation for a global audience
This update makes the powerful AI form-building tool accessible to a massive new group of users. The newly supported languages are:
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Japanese
- Korean
- French
- Italian
- German
This means users who work in these languages can now simply describe the form they want (e.t., “Create a parent-teacher conference sign-up sheet”) in their native language and have Gemini generate a ready-to-use draft that can be further customized.
This is a fantastic update that brings one of Workspace’s most useful AI features to a much wider audience. The new language support is rolling out gradually now, and it’s available to most paid Workspace tiers (Business Standard/Plus, Enterprise Standard/Plus) as well as Google AI Pro for Education and Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
