Just like that, with nary an explanation, the Samsung Chromebook Pro has returned to its place in the pages of Amazon. Just a day after the popular convertible was placed “under review” the product page looks to be back to normal and orders can be placed for delivery as early as Friday.
Originally, the Pro was listed under the Graphic Tablet category which has now changed to 2 in 1 Laptops. As one of our readers pointed out, this could have been the reason for the review of the listing and would explain why third-party sales were halted as well.
Not only has the category been updated, but the Chromebook Pro was temporarily listed as an “Amazon Choice” laptop. The branding has since been removed but it definitely looks like Amazon’s issue with the Pro has been resolved.
We are now in a bit of a state of limbo as to the other claims of the Pro overheating as well as the obvious “creaking” sounds coming from the chassis of the Chromebook. We hope to hear from Samsung very soon as to how they will address these, or any other quality issues.
Regardless, the Samsung Chromebook Pro is back an you can check out the listing below.
