Just hours after reporting on an apparent bug affecting Epson printers using Google Cloud Print it appears that users on social channels are reporting their printers are beginning to come back on line.
One of our own readers shared that his Epson WF-3640 is among the devices that have started to work again with the cloud-based print service. According to the comment the fix came around the 2 o’clock hour this afternoon.
As of the posting of this article no official fix has been reported by Epson or Google but it is clear that the problem is being resolved. Epson has been quick to update their support page to inform users of the powering off issue and steps to disconnect Cloud Print until the problem is alleviated.
