Don’t miss your last chance to snag the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus on sale

This deal’s run has been truly unprecedented. For what was nearly the entire month of February (and now into the first few days of March), Samsung left the awesome Galaxy Chromebook Plus on sale at $75 off. While not the wild $100-$200 discounts we see on some other device, this $75 savings marked one of the few times this really fantastic Chromebook wasn’t at its full $699 asking price.

As I write this today, however, I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be the final day this deal persists. To be fair, I have been wrong about this a couple times in the past, but a month is a long, long time for a deal to last on a popular Chromebook; and I really do have a hard time seeing Samsung continuing with this deal come Monday morning.

As a recap, it’s on sale for $75 off at both Best Buy and directly from Samsung. I’ve written in the past why it is advantageous to buy direct from the manufacturer when possible, and this is definitely one of those times.

Put simply, getting this device right from the source gives you a much larger return window (15 days to initiate, 15 days to actually send it back) and qualifies you for Samsung’s in-house device protection as well. Plus, they have a very robust trade-in program that could net you some decent cash towards your purchase.

Either way you go, I don’t think you’ll have much longer to take advantage of the $75 savings. If I were a betting man, I would move on this by the evening if you’ve been considering the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus.

If the gorgeous AMOLED screen, insanely thin/light chassis, excellent keyboard/trackpad, and overall performance are attractive to you and your needs don’t require touch input or a convertible form factor, it’s a marvelous device I use on a daily basis and cannot recommend enough. And you don’t want to miss out on one of the few times its been discounted for sure!
