Another update to the latest Developer version of Chrome OS 58 brings access to images, audio and video created by Android apps.
What is surely ongoing honing of the Android ecosystem, the native Files app of Chrome OS will now display files saved by Android apps. The file folders are read-only at this point and for multiple reasons will most likely stay as such.

While we wait for the bugs to get worked out of Android for Chrome OS, this is a sure sign of the ongoing commitment to the project’s future. We say, “bring it on.”
