For this episode of The Chrome Cast podcast, we have an interview with Kevin Ngo – Product Lead for the Works with Chromebook certification program at Google. Kevin was kind enough to chat with us on short notice and, of course, we are always happy to chat with anyone from Google.

Kevin started at Google on the Pixelbook team and was focused on developing all the accessories and peripherals under the Made For Google program, but later transitioned to the Chrome OS team where he is now focused on creating an ecosystem of meaningful peripherals that work on all Chromebooks. Kevin really is a Chromebook accessory and peripherals expert!

We had a great conversation about the ins-and-outs of Google’s Works with Chromebook certification and why schools should choose Works with Chromebook-certified solutions. We dig deep into the certification, discussing how they test products, the mission of the certification, and what users should expect when they choose a Works with Chromebook-certified solution.

This episode is presented by Logitech, who we’ve partnered with for this 3-part podcast series and for our biggest giveaway yet! We are giving one lucky winner 30 Logitech ChromePacks to outfit an entire classroom with the best tools to enhance students’ Chromebook experiences.
