With the Google Pixel 10 series launch still a few months off, the steady drip of leaks is beginning to paint a clearer picture of Google’s next flagship phone lineup. While we’re always cautious with early information, the latest scoop from Mystic Leaks on Telegram (via Android Authority) offers a glimpse at the expected colorways for the Pixel 10 series.
The standout news from this leak is undoubtedly a new, yellow shade apparently dubbed “Limoncello” for the standard Pixel 10. If this pans out, it’ll be the first time we’ve seen a yellow Pixel since the “Sorta Sunny” colorway on the Pixel 6 Pro, and this citrus-inspired name sounds like it could be a really fun option. This news comes on the heels of the Pixel 10 also leaking during a commercial video shoot just the other day.
Also making a potential return to the standard Pixel 10 lineup is a new blue option. Google has a history of playing with various shades of blue – from the bold “Really Blue” on the original Pixel to the “Kinda Blue” Pixel 2, “Barely Blue” Pixel 4a, and more recently, the lovely “Bay” on the Pixel 8 Pro and 8a. After skipping a blue option for the Pixel 9 series, its reintroduction would be welcome, though the exact shade remains a mystery for now.
The full leaked Pixel 10 Color lineup
According to Mystic Leaks, here’s the full breakdown of the expected color options:
Pixel 10:
- Obsidian (black)
- Blue (blue)
- Iris (purple)
- Limoncello (yellow)
Pixel 10 Pro / Pixel 10 Pro XL:
- Obsidian (black)
- Green (green)
- Sterling (gray)
- Porcelain (white)
The Pro models seem to be sticking with a more familiar, perhaps slightly more subdued, palette, including Obsidian, Porcelain, and what sounds like a return of a green color and a new sterling gray.
Of course, with any leak this far out, it’s wise to take things with a grain of salt. While these give us a good preliminary idea, Google could always switch things up, and specific color names like “Limoncello” might just be placeholders rather than the final marketing names. Still, it’s exciting to get an early peek at Google’s potential color options for their next-gen flagships!
