The Acer Chromebook 514 has been an interesting study in excitement and patience. Debuted all the way back in August of 2018, the spec sheet alone was enough to cause us to get excited about a proper follow up to the quite-popular Acer Chromebook 14. The problem? We’re just now seeing this device making the rounds and we’re really excited to finally get our hands on one.
Acer was nice enough to send one over for us to review, so we’re getting down to business, using the device and seeing if this Chromebook can live up to the $399-$499 price tag it commands. For now, however, we’re just getting it out of the box, reacting a bit to it, and beginning the review process. Enjoy the first look!
