Well, one of the most beloved sports events is upon us again. It is March. It is Madness.
And it can all be streamed and watched with your Chromecast!
Just like it was last year, the entirety of the NCAA Tournament can be viewed via the NCAA March Madness app. All games across all providers can be watched with the app, but only the ones showing on CBS are fully free.
For games on TBS, Tru TV, or TNT, you’ll need a login from your cable/satellite provider.
Casting Enabled
The best part of all this is the native casting ability of the app.
Whether you are on an Android device, Chromebook, iPad, or iPhone, you can use the app to cast to your Chromecast-equipped TV.
Last year, this was pretty amazing, especially for the first round. We had four games going on four TVs all around the office. It creates a pretty sweet vibe and really enhances the experience of all the games being viewed together.
You can snag the app in your app store of choice. Just search ‘March Madness Live’ and you’ll find it quickly.
Selection Sunday
Additionally, the selection show will be playing on the app at 5:30pm EST. With Dish Network having some dispute issues with CBS, this is a great way for customers of Dish Network to still be able to watch the CBS selection show.
Good luck with your brackets and have a great tournament!
